Public Title
Sensei Ray Cicetti: Empty Bowl Zendo Spring Retreat

Empty Bowl Zendo

A retreat which includes a lot of meditation, both sitting and walking. There will be dharma talks and private interviews with the teacher. Some retreat experience is all that's needed to enjoy and benefit from this Zen Retreat.
A limited number of Hemera Contemplative Fellowships are available in support of this program. For more information, please refer here.

This silent Zen meditation intensive is about waking up to our life, as it is now. We will not seek to find another or a different life, but expand our knowledge of the one we are living, in all its joys and difficulties. The retreat will have periods of sitting and walking meditation in addition to teacher talks and interviews with Sensei Cicetti. Time has also been set aside for personal reflection and walks through the beautiful spring grounds. Previous experience with retreat is recommended; all who wish to learn are welcome. Come join us on our journey to wake up to our life.
