To attend a retreat or event: all guests, teachers, and staff are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including any eligible boosters. If this is not an option, a medical exemption with documentation from a doctor is required,  a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours AND a personal quarantine for 72 hours before arriving on site. 
We will continue to follow any COVID-19 guidelines set forth by our local officials, NYS and the CDC.

Naropa University and the Lenz Foundation present an in-person gathering of our network and the larger American Buddhist community of which we are all a part.

The conference series consists of a robust online run-up training and discussion program which will commence virtually, and culminate with the conference at Garrison Institute in June, 2022.

• Dharma for the Environmental Crisis—how is American Buddhism contributing to solving the critical environmental issues of our time?
• Engaged Buddhism—what are examples of engaged initiatives in America that bring contemplative methods to social, educational, and political issues?
• BIPOC Wisdom and Skillful Means—how are BIPOC, Asian-American and other Buddhist communities bringing innovative new structures and modalities to American Buddhism?
• What is an inclusive sangha? Digital Dharma and Virtual Sangha—what new platforms and venues are propagating dharma in America, and how has this changed the face of American Buddhism?
